I am Joe Marinis, Elaines grandson. My fondest memories are the weekends spent at my Grandma’s house. From ages three to thirteen, these weekends were filled with the aroma of freshly baked cookies, laughter, and love. Her kitchen was my haven, and her passion for baking became mine. Inspired by Elaine’s enduring recipes, I founded Cookie Coma. This company is more than a business; it’s a tribute to my grandmother’s legacy. Our mission is to nurture communities, support aspiring children, and charitable give back.
